Vendor Fact Sheet

• The St. Petersburg Renaissance Faire (STPRF) is located at England Brothers Park in Pinellas Park, Fl.
• Nearly 2-Million people live within a 20-minute radius of the location.
• Anticipated attendance is between 1,000 – 2,500 people per day.
• STPRF has no competition from other similar festivals in Florida during our run.
• We are open Weekends from April 19th to May 11th. Hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Power and Water is available to select vendors for an additional charge. Power and Water is first come, first served.
• STPRF Management is comprised of past or current veteran staff members from the following events: Brevard Renaissance Faire, Florida Renaissance Faire, Camelot Days Medieval Faire, Tennessee Renaissance Faire, Great Lakes Medieval Faire, Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire, and more.
• Applying Food Vendors must bring a unique specialty offering to STPRF. STPRF has exclusivity on standard fare including, but not limited to, soda, water, beer, turkcy legs, concession snacks, coffee, tea, ice cream, hot dogs, hamburgers, gyros, and blooming onions.
• STPRF aims to create the ambiance of a 16th century renaissance faire. All booths, costuming, and signage must reflect that.
• The STPRF Advertising plan has a rough budget of 60k, and includes, but is not limited to, google ads, facebook ads, organic social media reach, regional cc tv ads, flyers, posters, live promo events (comic cons, parades, etc), geofencing, billboards, radio ads, utility bill advertisment, newspaper, and targeted emails.
• Camping is not available on site for Vendors.
• Food Trucks are not permitted.
• All Vendors must hold insurance and agree to hold harmelss clauses.
• The 2025 season is our first season.
